After a huge week of about 14 hours of endurance training last week, this week we headed to Park City, Utah. This camp was focused on the ski jumping portion of my sport. I made a lot of huge improvements on my jumping and feel very confident in my ability to put together a solid jump at any time. The weather in Park City was sunny and warm yet very windy. Wind affects the sport of ski jumping a lot. I thought jumping in inconsistent wind was great for preparing me for unexpected weather in any given competition this year. Overall, the camp was great. Next up is a competition here in Steamboat Springs over the 4th of July with members of the U.S. Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping Team, can't wait! Also check out my videos page to see some jumps from this camp.
